Creating a Positive Culture

Murrumbidgee Local Health District is working towards a positive workplace free from bullying and harassment.

We are committed to providing a safe and positive work environment for all employees and encouraging good working relationships between employees. We provide programs that support staff safety and wellbeing, and strive to create an environment built on transparency and trust.

MLHD uses employee surveys to seek feedback directly from employees about what it's like working at MLHD. This allows the leadership team to reassess priorities and implement actions to address a range of areas including communication, diversity and inclusion.

The Vision

We strive for a healthy and engaged workforce where staff, contractors, patients and clients are treated with respect and dignity, recognising the unique needs of others, valuing diversity and protecting privacy.
