National Standards Working Parties

From time to time MLHD seeks advice from the community relating to National Standards Accreditation. Interested community members who wish to become involved in various working parties/steering committees or project groups are invited to submit an expression of interest.

About National Standards

The National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards were developed to protect the public from harm and to improve the quality of care provided by health service organisations through quality assurance and quality improvement measures. There are 10 National Standards.

National Standards Working Party

MLHD makes informed decisions about the way we plan, design and deliver our services. This is why we regularly seek feedback and involvement from consumers and the community. If you would like to be involved in a national standards working party to help inform the decisions made around health services in the Murrumbidgee district, review and apply via the expressions of interest below.
